How to delete

In the app (instant): sign in, open Profile › Settings › Delete my account, tick the confirmation box and tap Delete forever. Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out on that device.

Can't sign in? By email: send a message to support@thekordellgroup.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it's done. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

What gets deleted

• your sign-in account and email address;
• your profile: username, avatar and favorite team;
• all of your game results, so you'll disappear from leaderboards;
• any username reports you submitted;
• on the device you delete from: the offline copy of your account and any results that hadn't synced.

Copies may remain in our providers' backups for a short period until those backups expire. Server logs kept for security are deleted on our providers' normal schedule.

Data on your device

Guest progress and the offline copy of your account are stored in your browser. Remove them with Profile › Reset all data (as a guest) or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
