These Terms are an agreement between you and [Operator legal name — to confirm] (Kentucky, USA) (“we”, “us”) for your use of Kordell Sports (the “app”). By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use the app

You can play as a guest at any age your local law allows, but you must be 13 or older to create an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.

2. Accounts and sign-in codes

• You sign in with your email and a one-time code. There is no password.
• Use an email address you control, and keep access to it secure. Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in.
• Don't share sign-in codes. We'll never ask you for one.
• One person per account. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Play fair

You agree not to:

• cheat, fake, edit or automate scores, or exploit bugs to climb leaderboards;
• abuse sign-up or sign-in (for example, mass-creating accounts or flooding code requests), or access the app or its database in ways other than through the app;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the app's security;
• choose a username that is offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual, impersonates someone else, or infringes someone's rights;
• use the app for anything unlawful.

4. Our right to step in

We may reset or remove scores, change or remove usernames, or suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms or put the app or other players at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.

5. Your content

Your username (and any comments or other content features we add later) is your content. You keep ownership, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and use it to run the app (for example, showing your username on leaderboards). You confirm you have the right to post it.

6. Game content and stats

Player and team statistics come from public sources and our own calculations (such as player ratings). They are provided as is for entertainment, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Don't rely on them for anything important. Articles are for entertainment and information only.

7. Free to play, no gambling

The app is free. It has no gambling, betting, wagering, prizes or real-money features, and nothing in it is betting advice. Leaderboard positions have no monetary value.

8. No affiliation with the NFL

Kordell Sports is an independent fan product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, the NFL Players Association, or any player. Team, league and player names are used only to identify them and refer to real-world statistics. All trademarks belong to their owners. The team badges and avatars in the app are generic designs, not official logos.

9. Our intellectual property

The app, its design, code, game formats, text and graphics (excluding third-party names and public statistics) belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial fun, and share your results using the app's share features. Don't copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content otherwise.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will always be available, error-free or that saved data will never be lost.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Ending things

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or end access as described in section 4, or discontinue the app with reasonable notice where possible. Sections 5–11 and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.
